This situation puts us on the edge of survival. Many farmers have already gone bankrupt, unable to withstand competition from large industrial producers. We do not want to change the traditional technology of cheese production. We know and love our work, but we understand that we need a new technology. It would not be a new type of cheese production, but an integration modern technology for our supply chain. We have been watching the progress of FOODCOIN for a year now and have decided to try the blockchain for our production.”

The implementation to the blockchain will not only help to improve the tracking process, but will also open the products for a larger number of customers. The producer will not have to change the technology of production or save money on the ingredients. The system will allow to reduce costs without deteriorating the quality of the product.
