2019 is ended, and it is an appropriate moment to reveal all the achievements of the FCE Blockchain team over the past year.

During this period, the company's product development has advanced far ahead. Back in April 2019, all the main components of the system were developed, and the team began testing and improving them.
Tech achievements
At the moment, beta testing is being completed and the production version of the ecosystem is being prepared for release.
WALLOK is now available in the mobile versions for Android and IOS, as well as in the desktop version for Windows and MacOS, and now it is even more convenient to use after the redesign and improved usability. The tool was integrated with the
DOCFLOC e-signing system, and a billing system; the ability to leave feedback has been also added.
Wallet security and the ability to unlock via TaceID, TouchID, and password were also developed completely, and now
WALLOK can be used as an authorization tool in third-party applications and websites.
The system for working with users' personal data and verification via the
DIGID e-passport was also improved, and the ability to manage private data was added. Account in WALLOK can now be divided into business and private.
SMACO smart contract library has been implemented, and now it can be used through the WALLOK interface.
Payments in WALLOK can now go through the integrated
DIPAY system, which allows transactions in FOOD, Bitcoin, Ethereum, ERC20 Ethereum tokens. FOOD ERC20 tokens are prepared for transfer to coins of our own FOOD blockchain. The translation system is completed and is being tested.
The mining system has changed from a PoW concept to a licensed mining concept. All network participants, including Miners, must be known and verified. This concept does not need to constantly increase the volume of transactions and allows the network to work quickly and stably even with a small number of miners. In addition, a verification system is necessary for legal transactions and transactions, as well as for using the system as an electronic passport.
A working prototype of the
BISTRA system has been developed, which allows users to track the work of the company, identify hitches and get rid of them. BISTRA can be integrated through the API to work through the provider.
Integration with the Internet service 1000ecofarms has been made, and users can now try out the tools, making real purchases.
In addition, we have updated the website and made a rebranding. As the work progressed, it became clear that the project’ name should be broader in scope: the developed tools are useful not only within the food industry. FOODCOIN ECOSYSTEM now has a brief name FCE Blockchain, and a new neat logo.

FCE Blockchain as an innovative startup has become a subject of discussions at number of business events, meetings and presentations.
STAUFEN. INOVA invited FCE Blockchain CEO to
become a speaker on their Round Table Event on March 14, with the idea that digitization is now a requirement, reality and mainstream for modern businesses. On April 25, STAUFEN.INOVA AG organized
Breakfast Talk on the subject “Radical openness: an ultimate demand of the market”, and FCE Blockchain CEO also was one of the speakers.
The FCE Blockchain tool system has received publicity and recognition both in Switzerland and abroad. Among the 22 leading Swiss startups with market-ready innovations, FCE Blockchain was presented at the
Consumer Electronics Show Asia (CES ASIA) in Shanghai from 11 to 13 June 2019.
Noticing its lag in the number of technology start-ups from the positions of China, Korea and Japan, Europe founded European Innovation Council (EIC). As a founder of a disruptive technological startup, FCE Blockhain CEO was invited to London to take part in
European Innovation Council on June 24.
Inaddition, he also attended events that highlighted the specifics of doing business in East Asia: an event dedicated to South Korea held by
Switzerland Global Enterprise and KOTRA, and "Global Blockchain Development and Chinese Impact" event, focused on the features of the Chinese blockchain industry and cooperation of China and Switzerland in the blockchain industry.
FCE Blockchain became part of this collaboration. November 1, the Sino-Swiss Business Awards 2019 took place in Beijing. The Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce for the fourth time awards start-ups and companies that have made a significant contribution to the business relationship between Switzerland and China. FCE Blockchain has become
one of the nominees in the category The Most Innovative Startup/ Entrepreneur.
FCE Blockchain team participated in
Global Trade and Blockchain Forum in Geneva, WTO Headquarters, on 2 and 3 December 2019. Event was organized by The World Trade Organization (WTO), which is aimed to deal with the global rules of trade between nations. This event marked the beginning of adoption of blockchain technology by large corporations and government organizations.
On December 10-11, 2019 FCE Blockchain CEO a speaker at
“Digital Innovation Dialogue: Blockchain for sustainability in agriculture” by FAO. In his presentation, he focused on describing the company's developments and experience, and talked about plans to apply innovative technologies in real use cases.
This and the previous events indicated that the blockchain technology as a way to improve the current situation inside the food industry, to boost transparency of production and supply chains data. FCE Blockchain is aimed to leverage blockchain for fixing the global inequality and lack of trust in real use cases. Major events in the food and blockchain industries have shown the value of our work.
New members
New members have joined FCE Blockchain advisory board. One of them was
Adrian Peyer, a General Counsel Legal Affairs & Operations at one of the largest global insurance groups with Headquarter in Zurich. Adrian is an expert in corporate governance and a strong leader experienced at organizational change and project management.
Felix Howald, a Director of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Central Switzerland, a regional business advocacy and association, also joined us.
In addition, new followers have joined our community. We are pleased that our community is growing, and more and more people are interested in our work and are ready to implement our developments in their business.
