We are on the verge of big changes. Now FOODCOIN team is preparing public versions of the system's cooling tools, restart site and access to the early East Asia.
Events
FOODCOIN turned its sights to East Asia, countries of advanced technology development for Industry 4.0. In an effort to integrate the startup in South Korea and China, CEO of FOODCOIN ECOSYSTEM Gregory Arzumanian continues to attend events dedicated to the specifics of work and cooperation with East Asian countries.
September 17,
Switzerland Global Enterprise and KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) held an event dedicated to South Korea and special characteristics of the economy and mentality of South Koreans. The event was held in Zurich and was one of a series of important steps by FOODCOIN to the East.
September 18, continuing the study,
Gregory Arzumanian participated in a conference entitled "
Global Blockchain Development and Chinese Impact". The speakers highlited features of the Chinese blockchain industry and cooperation of China and Switzerland in this field. The Chinese government and the blockchain legislation are also very specific, which made this subject necessary for the discussion.
Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce nominated FOODCOIN ECOSYSTEM for two awards at the
Sino-Swiss Business Awards 2019. The startup is nominated for Most Innovative Startup/Entrepreneur and Innovation and Creative Industries 4.0. The Sino-Swiss Business Awards are scheduled for November 1. This year, the event will be held in partnership with
Switzerland Tourism and the Swiss Embassy during the Swiss Winter Festival at the Four Seasons Beijing hotel.
FOOD became available on Bitcratic Decentralized Exchange. In August, there was launched a trading competition for FOOD traders.
Bitcratic.com rewarded the winners with 4000, 2000 and 1000 BCT tokens.
New Advisory Board Member
Newest Advisory Board member joined FOODCOIN.
Felix Howald is currently Director of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Central Switzerland, a regional business advocacy and association.
IHZ is a business network in Central Switzerland, with more than 800 company members, including large regional companies like Pilatus Aircraft Ltd, maxon motor, Dätwyler, Galliker, Komax, Schurter, Trisa, Victorinox and many more.
Felix is also president of the board of directors of KKL Luzern; famous location in the city of Lucerne for cultural and corporate events, president of the board of
1 a hunkeler; mid-sized window and wood manufacturer; member of the board of
Leuenberger Architects as well as member of the board of
Messerli Foundation.
We are happy to see Felix as part of our project.
Technical Development
And these are the advances of our technical team so far:
Development of WALLOK wallet in FOODCOIN blockchain network included:
• Global redesign and usability improvement,
• dividing account types into private and business,
• fixing bugs.
There was carried out FOODCOIN Blockchain refinement and testing:
• the blockchain testing;
• identifying and fixing problems.
BISTRA system has been integrated with the Provider system. In test mode, a third-party service
1000ecofarms is connected to the systems.
The development of the payment system has been completed.
The development of the internal Flidex exchange is in process.
FOODSCAN functionality was refined: the display of information was improved.
Currently, we are preparing all the systems for public release.
